Position Summary

The Primary Administration Assistant supports the daytoday operational and administrative needs of the school by coordinating the distribution of information to staff and students, preparing documents such as letters, registers and spreadsheets, assisting with internal and external communications, and managing the sorting, preparation and filing of documents. The role also contributes to the successful delivery of school events and functions, assists with administration for camps and excursions, and requires the ability to support multiple leaders with competing priorities. The successful candidate will be able to manage a high volume of work, demonstrate strong prioritisation skills, and consistently follow tasks through to completion.

School Nurse – School Health Bay Supervisor

The School Health Bay Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Health Bay through delivering essential first aid services to students, staff and parents. This position will also serve as the College’s dedicated Return to Work Coordinator, ensuring high standards of rehabilitation for workplace injuries and illnesses among our staff. The incumbent will present a professional image and create a welcoming, warm and positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

Support and supervise the day to day operational delivery of the School Health Bay including:

  • Oversee Health Bay operations and ensure staff compliance with guidelines
  • Update and maintain Health Bay documentation
  • Manage health bay stock and storage, including first aid kits and defibrillators
  • Assist students, parents, and staff with health-related issues
  • Record and update medical records for students and staff
  • Administer student medication as per schedule
  • Liaise with School Heads and Student Counsellor for high-risk students.

This role is responsible for processing supplier invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, responding to enquiries, and supporting broader business office functions. About the Role

We are ready for the position to commence as soon as the right candidate is available. Due to a long‑standing staff member’s availability changing, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guitar and Bass Tutor. This position is approximately one day per week, with the potential for additional ensemble work depending on candidate interest and availability.

The role includes responsibility for the delivery of the College’s guitar and bass programs, including:

  • Year 4 Beginner Band Program (Bass Guitar) — Thursday 1.20–3.20pm
  • Approximately 4–5 hours of primary (acoustic) guitar tuition
  • Possibility of directing a junior guitar ensemble
  • Associated program administration as required
